-We are our Saudi Marabena for Contracting (SMACO) specialized in operation and maintenance and we provide immediate services of high quality with attention to the smallest details. We can also do all maintenance services through our specialized team of technicians, engineers and customer service staff, which helps you work and live better.
-The Operation and Maintenance Department is concerned with the following up on the building’s work, such as (electricity-plumping-blacksmithing-carpentry..etc).
-It is concerned with quality control and follow-up of the entire building, such as (elevators – fire systems – air conditioners..etc).
-Field supervision of maintenance workers for all companies and touring the building to inspect all devices and equipment on a daily basis.
-Develop models for the delivery of pledges such as (adaptive remote control – connections – switches).
